Mark is right. 6000 vs. 7000 doesn't vary the drive motors and types. I have the Type II with the longer drive "piston". I think it approaches a 40,000 lb. spec. I've been in 6-10' seas and 30 kts. of wind with no problem. Call Raymarine, I've found them very helpful. Good luck.
